CHILDRENS BUSHCRAFT

Smokesilver Woods near Burnham Market. Norfolk.
Wednesday 27th July, Thursday 28th, Saturday 30th, Sunday 31st
£40 per child

Series of 1 day courses. 9.30am - 5pm.  Ages 10 - 14 only
Join us in the woods with our fully qualified instructors David Hunt and
Dominic Lazell to learn the basic skills needed to live outdoors. One day
courses full of adventure in a safe, clean environment.

This event is now in its third year and offers the perfect opportunity
for children to pick up the skillsrequired for life in the woods. We will show them everything from shelter-building and learning how to
set up a woodland camp, to camouflage, wild food and making cordage and soap from nothing more thanwhat the woods can provide.
There will also be a chance to learn about some of the history of the
woodsman and a basic introduction to the flora and fauna around them.

Please bring a packed lunch and suitable outdoor clothing. 14 places available.

Cost: Children £40 per day.

This is the same very popular evening that we ran last summer. Peter Walton brings his moth trap and we all have supper under a canvas dining shelter. A very very good evening.
